Resistance Training

Resistance training is associated with many health benefits and enhances physical activity. Learn to strengthen and tone the muscles while protecting from joint injury. With an effective workout routine one can also gain improvements in bone strength (decreasing risk of osteoporosis) and improve blood pressure and posture while increasing metabolism.

Along with strength building, which tightens the muscles, flexibility exercises need to be included as part of each session to stretch and lengthen your muscles.

Benefit from cross training with a variety of equipment used to achieve benefits from changes in force and direction of the load. Emphasis will be on improving balance and flexibility.
