"I started taking Rita's Pilates (core conditioning) and circuit training classes in February. Within 4 weeks, I could see a remarkable improvement in my agility and endurance on the court. "It is hard running with dogs who clock in at 7 yards per second! There is a lot of running and turning and I have to get to the right places to help direct them on the course. The pressure on my knees and lower back is high, but Rita helps me stay fit to run my dogs, and also just to do the things I want to do for fun. Since working with Rita, my times have improved and our "Qualifying" rate has increased, largely because I can get where I need to be. Most importantly, staying fit helps me have fun with my dogs, and keeps me off the injured list! My dogs and I thank Rita for keeping us fit to run."
